National University of Medical Sciences, NUMS is one of the largest medical university in Pakistan.  Last year merit in CMH Medical Colleges closed at 80.88% in Punjab. The merit in other provinces was lower than that of Punjab CMHs. NUMS is run by Pakistan Army, and most of the Army run Medical Colleges like CMH Medical Colleges all over the country accept NUMS entry test for admissions to MBBS and BDS Programs.

In all of the NUMS Affiliated Colleges, the highest merit was of Army Medical College, AMC, Rawalpindi. AMC Merit closed at 88.64% in 2017. CMH Medical College Lahore was on the 2nd position with 88.40% closing Merit. The lowest closing Merit was of Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences, Quetta.

CHM Medical College Lahore: They accept only NUMS entry test.

CMH Medical College, Multan: Accepted NUMS and UHS MCAT results last year. Initially the admissions were only NUMS based, but on last day, they started accepting MCAT results also.

CMH Bahawalpur: Accept NUMS, MCAT and HEC tests.

CMH Kharian: Accepted MCAT, HEC and NUMS Entry test.

This year, most of the colleges are expected to accept only NUMS entry test.
