Candidates are required to submit Printed Copy / Hard Copy of the Admission Form along with Original Paid Bank Challan as well as other supporting documents to the Convener Admission Committee, University of Veterinary And Animal Sciences Out Fall Road, Lahore-54000 during office hours on or before 12 October, 2018.
Note: Applicant can deposit the application fee through online generated Bank Challan in any Branch of Habib Bank Limited in Pakistan

06 October, 2018 50 National University of Medical Sciences, NUMS is one of the largest medical university in Pakistan.  Last year merit in CMH Medical Colleges closed at 80.88% in Punjab. The merit in other provinces was lower than that of Punjab CMHs. NUMS is run by Pakistan Army, and most of the Army run Medical Colleges like CMH Medical Colleges all over the country accept NUMS entry test for admissions to MBBS and BDS Programs.
