Instructions for Online Submission of Application for Undergraduate Admission 2018

• 	Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  	نامکمل درخواستیں قابلِ قبول نہ ہونگی۔
  	Candidate found to have made false or incorrect statement in this from is liable to expulsion and legal action.
  	داخلہ فارم میں غلط یا جھوٹا بیان ثابت ہونے کی صورت میں ، امیدوار یونیورسٹی ہذا سے خارج اور قانونی کاروائی کا مستوجب ہو گا۔
  	A candidate can give choices of all disciplines in the order of priority. However it is advised to avoid giving unnecessary choices of disciplines which may not be acceptable to the student afterwards.
  	امیدوار داخلہ فارم میں اپنے منتخب کردہ شعبہ جات کی ترجیحی ترتیب دے سکتا ہے۔بہرحال غیر ضروری شعبہ جات کے انتخاب سے گریز کریں جو بعد ازاں امیدوار کو قابلِ قبول نہ ہوں۔
  	The order of preferences once given shall be final and cannot be changed subsequently in any case at any stage. Merit will be determined according to the given preference of disciplines and their order of priority.
  	ایک دفعہ دی گئی ترتیبِ ترجیحات حتمی ہوگی اور بعد ازاں اس میں کسی قسم کی تبدیلی نہیں ہو سکے گی۔ میرٹ کا تعین دی گئی شعبہ جات کی ترتیبِ ترجیحات کے مطابق کیا جائے گا۔
  	Starting with the first preference, applicants will be assessed and ranked according to the merit for each discipline. A computerized matching process will place the applicants (meeting the minimum merit requirements) to the highest listed his / her preference.
  	امیدوار کی پہلی ترجیح کو مدِنظر رکھتے ہوئے ، ہر شعبے کے میرٹ کی کمپیوٹرائزڈ درجہ بندی کی جائے گی۔ اور کمپیوٹرائزڈ میچنگ نظام کے ذریعے ہرترجیح کردہ شعبے کے لیے ان امیدواران کی اعلٰی نمبروں کی فہرست مرتب کی جائے گی جو کم از کم اہلیتی معیا ر پر پورا اترتے ہوں۔
  	Once offered a place to the highest listed preference, an applicant cannot claim admission to the discipline named lower in his / her preference.
  	امیدوار کا نام ترجیحی ترتیب کے لحاظ سے اولین ترجیحات کی اعلٰی نمبروں کی فہرست میں ایک مرتبہ آنے کے بعد ، دیگر ترجیحات کے شعبہ جات میں داخلے کا دعوٰی نہیں کر سکتا۔
  	An applicant, under no circumstances, shall be considered for any discipline, he/she has not named in his/her order of preferences. The Admission Committee shall not assign any discipline by itself if the alternate choices are not indicated.
  	اگر کوئی امیدوار داخلہ فارم میں اپنی ترتیبِ ترجیحات نہیں دیتا تو اسے کسی بھی صورت میں کسی بھی ڈسپلن کے لیے تصور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ اور اگر امیدوار نے متبادل ترجیح نہ بتائی ہو تو ایسے امیدوار کو داخلہ کمیٹی اپنے طور پر کسی شعبہ میں داخلہ نہیں دے سکتی۔
  	In case the applicant has applied on disable quota. He / She must submit the disability certificate duly attested by concerned competent authority. Otherwise the application will not be entrained in any case.
  	اگر امیدوار معذور کوٹہ پر درخواست دیتا ہے تو اسے متعلقہ حکامِ مجاز سے تصدیق شدہ معذوری سرٹیفیکیٹ ضرور جمع کروانا ہو گا۔ورنہ کسی صورت میں بھی اس کی درخواست قابلِ قبول نہ ہوگی۔
  	Candidates who have done O/A/GCE (A)/9-12 grade levels will have to submit equivalence certificate of marks obtained from Interboard Chairman Committee (IBCC).
  	وہ امیدوار جو او/جی .سی. ای (اے)/12-9 گریڈ لیولز کے حامل ہوں گےانہیں انٹر بورڈ چئیرمین کمیٹی کا حاصل کردہ نمبروں کا ایکویلینس سرٹیفکیٹ جمع کروانا ہو گا۔ اور ایکویلینس سرٹیفکیٹ پر درج شدہ مارکس انٹر کرنا ہوں گے۔
  	An attested affidavit of obeying UVAS rules and regulations on Rs. 20/- Stamp paper will have to be submitted at the time of 1st enrollment.
  	امیدوار کو داخلے کے بعد پہلی انرولمنٹ کے وقت بیس روپے کے تصدیق شدہ اسٹامپ پیپر پر بیانِ حلفی دینا ہوگا کہ وہ یونیورسٹی کے تمام قوائدو ضوابط کی پاسداری کرے گا۔
  	In case the application is to be made for more than ONE Discipline, the applicant has to pay additional Rs. 300/- for each discipline along with actual application fee. If the application is made against sports quota, then the applicant has to pay additional Rs. 300/- along with actual application fee.
  	اگر امیدوار ایک سے زائدشعبہ جات کے لیے درخواست دیتا ہے تو اسے اصل ایپلیکیشن فیس کے ساتھ ہر اضافی شعبہ کے لیے تین سو روپے اضافی ادا کرنے ہونگے اوراگر امیدوار سپورٹس کوٹہ پر درخواست دیتا ہے تو اسے اصل ایپلیکیشن کے ساتھ تین سو روپے اضافی ادا کرنا ہونگے کے ۔
  	Candidate with F.Sc. (Pre-Eng.) and D.A.E. (Food Technology) can apply only on B.S. (Hons.) Diary Technology Programme.
  	ایف ایس سی (پری انجینیرنگ) اور ڈی.اے.ای (فوڈ ٹیکنالوجی) کے حامل امیدوار صرف  بی .ایس (آنرز) ڈیری ٹیکنالوجی پروگرام میں درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
  	Candidate with F.Sc. (Pre-Eng.) can apply on B.S. (Hons.) Environmental Sciences.
  	ایف ایس سی (پری انجینیرنگ) کے حامل امیدوار صرف بی .ایس (آنرز) انوائرمینٹل سائنسز پروگرام میں درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
  	Last Date for submission of application is 12 October, 2018 during office hours.
  	درخواستیں جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ دفتری اوقات کے دوران ہے۔
